Live Your Passion and the Money will Follow

When you get towards the end of your life, it is important to be able to look back and know you did everything you wanted to do and you have no regrets. Success in life can be measured in any way, not necessarily just the amount of money you have made. However, if you can live your passion, and work towards something you are extremely passionate about, it is most likely that you will make money (despite yourself!).

Here are some things you need to know and do in order to be successful and live out your passion:

Belief - The most important thing is to believe that you will be successful. Relax and believe in your success. Visualise yourself on television one day talking about your passion and how you turned it into a reality. Believe and feel empowered as you think about your endeavour and how you are going to be successful. As well as believing in yourself, you must believe in what you are doing and the impact it will make on the world (or at the very least, the positive impact it will have on your clients or customers).

Attitude - You need to maintain a complete positive attitude. Be positive at all times. Don't let the little things get you down or upset you. Realise that every obstacle now is a learning experience. Have a positive attitude and outlook on everything you do with your business and your passion - the Law of Attraction will come into play and you will find that things will begin to work in your favour more often than they ever have before.

Passion from the inside - If you truly love what you are doing then everything will come naturally for you. You will take pride in your work and if you design clay pots then you won't send a cracked pot out to a customer because you will be passionate about the quality. This is because you will own it and your name will be on it. You will be proud of everything you do.

Model the Experts - Choose at least five experts in the field you have chosen and model them. Learn everything you can about how they became successful. This means you should know their entire autobiography

Make a Start - If you are in a situation where you cannot make your passion a reality today, then take your idea and make it better by chiselling away at the details. Lay out the plan for your project or business endeavour, consider every detail and improve on it where you can. When you are in a waiting period there are still plenty of things for you to do. Don't procrastinate or look at a waiting period as a sign you shouldn't get started.

Take Action - Taking action is the most important thing to avoid procrastination. You are working toward your dream. Let nothing is going to get in your way or slow you down. Put a sign up that says "action" to remind yourself you are working toward your passion by constant action. If you have others on your team, make sure they are action oriented - it can be frustrating when you want to get things done and others are holding you back. Also build momentum by acting on the ideas you have. Don't sit around waiting for something to happen or come to you.

Always reward action - Never let action and goal setting go without rewards. You want to reward everyone helping you and yourself. This doesn't mean you need to spend money you don't have. You can reward someone by letting them know you appreciate what they are doing for you. Acknowledgement of hard work is sometimes enough when people know you really appreciate it.

Continuous Improvement - Accept that when you start, you will not be putting out your best every single time. You need to find ways to continuously improve processes that are slowing you down, causing poor quality, or frustrating you. There will most likely be a certain amount of trial and error. Productivity, processes and quality will continue to improve as time goes by and you begin to find ways to make things better.

Maintain Your Enthusiasm - It's important to keep the fires burning. Going back to your old habits could leave you feeling restless and unmotivated. Take a break or a vacation if you need to, but if your passion is genuine you should be able to recover from any slumps and get back into it!

Famous Inspirational Quotes That Boost Our Motivation To Succeed

We all admire people who have made something out of their lives. And while we can’t ask them to live our life for us, we can look to their famous inspirational quotes for guidance. We know their words to be truthful, for they have been through struggle and have reached success.

Here are some excellent motivational quotes from successful people we can all learn something from.

Famous Inspirational Quote # 1: “There is no passion to be found when playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you’re capable of living.” - Nelson Mandela

There are many of us who are too afraid to step out of the box to really do something with our lives. And so we end up becoming a shadow of who we really are.

But Nelson Mandela urges us to live life the way it is supposed to be lived! He inspires us to chase after our dreams and our ambitions, no matter how far-fetched they may seem to be.

Famous Inspirational Quote # 2: “Men are born to succeed, not fail.” - Henry David Thoreau

Well, there’s nothing like this motivational quote to boost you up, eh? Henry David Thoreau is our ultimate cheerleader.

Even when we ourselves don’t quite believe in our capabilities, he is there to remind us of what we are capable and made of, and of the heights we are destined to reach. Human civilization has come a long way since the creation of fire. And we have more to contribute to the world yet.

Famous Inspirational Quote # 3: “No one can possibly achieve any real and lasting success or 'get rich' in business by being a conformist.” - J.P. Getty

Those who are different are more likely to make a difference than those who only want to blend in with the background. We’ve always been told that being different is a bad thing.

But J.P. Getty, our champion, is telling us that being different is the only way to get noticed in this world. Those who are decidedly different come up with the most unique ideas and the most creative solutions. Let us put our uniqueness to good use!

These famous inspirational quotes are accounts of those who have not only made it, but of those who have made it big. Let us look to these words for inspiration. Better yet, let’s print these words out and hang them right where we can see them, so we are reminded everyday of what we can do.

Simplify Your Life, Revealing 5 proven Ways to own your Life

Do you own your life or does it own you?If you're struggling with your life, this could be an indication that you're making your life much too difficult than it needs to be.

You're here to live a life of joy and abundance. To experience a rich inner life of recognition and inspiration which should translate into your outer world.

If this is not the case, you can redirect the course of your life by following these 5 proven ways.
1. Live fully in the present. Simplify your life by living consciously in the moment. The present has so much to offer you. It is in the present that you can lay the foundation for the rewards of your dreams in the future, not in the past. To do this, bestir yourself sufficiently in the right way by taking one step at a time .

To live fully in the present, you need to experience every minute of your life inwardly and not just outwardly. This means, grasping aright deeply within yourself the experience of the moment before moving on. This safeguards against taking on too much at any time and getting overwhelmed. Which often develops into struggle.

2. Do what comes naturally to you. Get into the habit of first doing what comes naturally to you and polishing it up. When you do this often enough, in time you'll find that you're able to handle other difficult matters with lesser efforts.

This is because your becoming disciplined and adept in one area of your life, equipes you with the necessary tools to tackle other challenging areas more effectively. The result is greater competence and deeper satisfaction.

3. Have a heart full of joy and appreciation. A joyful and appreciating heart has no room for fear. Fear is always an indication of a sense of lack. This could be conscious or subconscious.

I have observed that people whose hearts surge with joy of deep appreciation and gratitude feel only love. Even in the face of grave calamity, as in the case of bereavement, there are always things you could be grateful for. Like taking comfort in knowing that you are never alone. Something I was vividly reminded of when I suddenly lost my own mother.

4. Move with ease into any change as a natural happening. Life IS. Meaning, it is in constant motion. To own your life, you need to accept this fact. Trying to evade or to negate changes is the least smart way of becoming masterful at the game of life.

A question for you. Can you stop the sun from shinning after a raging storm or stop the dawn of a new day breaking in at the end of the night? Right. You can see how ludricous my question is. This is to underline the foolishness of wanting to control the cycle of changes in your life at any time. It simply is impossible and only results in more struggles. The wisest thing to do is to stay open for changes and deal with them when they appear. Remember the expression never to go looking for trouble, it will find you? So just be in the NOW.

5. Trust and follow your intuition to the letter. Residing within you is a wealth of knowledge. The key to unlocking this treasure is your intuitive power. People who have learned to access their intuition before making any decision live in harmony with their environment.

My own life completely changed from second guessing myself when I truly began to listen to my intuition. I now have a sense of profound joy and clarity as I remain congruent with my values. The more you learn to trust and follow your intuition, the more control you'll have over your life.
What you thereby gain are strong emotional balance, mental and psychic alertness to guide you to a life of bliss and prosperity.
As you can see, you don't have to become enslaved to your life. For life is meant to be simpleBusiness Management Articles, provided you become aware of what is wrong and change it.

Positive Thinking And Its Effect On Your Health

The first situation to consider is the relationship between thoughts and conditions like depression and stress. A crucial question is whether the person's thoughts are creating the physical depression or the physical depression is creating the negative thinking. When it comes to how you can use your mind to help, this can be accomplished consciously and subconsciously. When someone has a habit of imagining things turning out very badly, rational thinking can show show them that they often exaggerate. However, the unconscious mind is much more powerful in shaping our habitual behavior, oftentimes beyond our conscious control. Visualization and hypnosis can be very effective in modifying beliefs and, if you do this, the long-lasting effects can be more powerful than using logic only.

It is likewise true that positive thinking can have an impact on our physical health, and you may be aware of the placebo effect on people who feel ill. This is when individuals are given a pill which in reality does not have any healing value, and yet they claim to notice an improvement in how they feel. This is evidence of the connection between mind and body, and there are many examples of men and women with a positive outlook being able to recover faster from malady and injury. You can also use the power of your mind to help you in achieving your fitness goals. A historic example of this is when the four minute barrier for running the mile was broken, which had been considered as unachievable up to that point. Once the "barrier" had been broken, other runners also began to break through what had really been a barrier of belief.

The effects of aging are likewise influenced by how we think about the process. As you get older, do you talk to your friends about your "aches and pains" and your weakened capabilities? It seems there's a great deal of truth to the saying, "You're only as old as you think you are," and our thoughts can be used to undo a lot of the so-called effects of aging. Unfortunately, numerous individuals will continue to hold on to old beliefs about the unavoidable "decline" of health in old age, and not pay attention to the benefits of a positive outlook.

Now that you are aware that your attitude can bring you a much better state of health, it's up to you to take advantage of this information and set your intention to think positive thoughts whenever you remember.

My 5 Proven Self Improvement Steps on How to "Live Your DREAM Life!"

Before I get into this, it's important that you simply perceive what self help, personal development and self improvement, actually mean? In a nut shell, it's exactly what it says on the tin, anything to try and do with improving or developing yourself. As an example, career, relationships, health, psychology, etc.. Self facilitate is largely any type of information, or tools that facilitate your, to help yourself.

I've got a fast query for you...

Has there ever been a time in your life where you couldn't sit up for tomorrow to come? or maybe didn't want to travel to sleep as a result of you was having such a great time? You need to have felt like that a minimum of once in your life, right? I bet you even have a huge smile on your face simply remembering those 'smart times'...

But here's the thing, why can't each second of every single day be like that, for you, me - ALL OF US?...

Well truly, it will! However in fact, FIRST, you would like to know how that's done. However let me tell you something, it's a lot of easier than you would possibly think...

Do you believe this is attainable?...

Perhaps you think that I'm a dreamer, if you are doing, that's cool! However what if I told you that this situation is strictly what my life is like. Furthermore, what if I told you that my life 'ought to' be a 'misery', according to some individuals?...

Well, that's the fact of it. You see, I have a condition referred to as Multiple Sclerosis(MS), that typically leads to complete debilitation. One amongst the many symptoms are stress and depression. So how then am I ready to measure my DREAM Life!? Well, the answer is simple...

With good self improvement strategies!

I urge you to affix me and make this your reality too. Everybody deserves to live a unprecedented life, and now, with these simple ways, EVERYBODY can.

If you are at all inquisitive about self improvement or personal development, it's important to urge '1st things FIRST'. In alternative words, start from the bottom up. Image this, imagine I gave you a recipe to create a cake, you wouldn't begin from step five, would you? Self improvement is no different...

Therefore, let's do things properly and begin from the all necessary first step!...

STEP ONE is the most vital step of all, and it plays the largest part in what we have a tendency to all crave in life - Happiness! Step one isn't solely the most necessary step, however also the most difficult. This is often the stage were you build your life's foundational values, but not just any old values, they have to be ROCK SOLID values.

STEP TWO helps to suit the items to your self improvement puzzle. Basically, you've got to 'recognize', or have a theory, about what the that means of life is. 'Knowing' this, will facilitate your to shape your life. My theory on what life means, is this - "Life is a never ending, 'roller coaster' journey of CHOICES and EMOTIONS". Ultimately, everybody desires to be happy. Onto step three...

STEP THREE, is to search out, or perceive, what YOUR purpose in life is. Place another method, "what were you place on this planet to do?" Do not worry, this is not as tough or mysterious because it could sound, we all have the right 'tool' for doing this - Our EMOTIONS. Yes, it is true, your emotions will be your ally or worst enemy, and typically at the identical time! Thus ask yourself, "What's it that I really love doing?". Currently take that a step more and raise yourself, "What FEATURES does my passion have that I really like?".

STEP FOUR involves really constructing your DREAM Life. This bit will stretch your self improvement prowess to the limit, but don't worry, this is very a lot of doable. This step relies on the options you identified in step 3 and one in all the foremost powerful personal development tools around - GOAL SETTING! Try this for each of the different departments of your life. As an example, Health, Wealth, Relationships, etc. All of this comes along and forms your terribly own, personal development plan. And now for the extremely exciting bit...

STEP FIVE - Live the life you have designed in your personal development plan. In alternative words, live your DREAM Life!

Naturally, there's a bit a lot of to it than that, but hopefully you get the general gist of self improvement, and what is required to measure your DREAM Life!

It takes simply 1 second to choose to vary your life, so what are you going to come to a decision to do in the subsequent few seconds? It's over to you. If you had simply 30 days left to measure, what would you are doing? No matter you do.

8 Tips on How to be Great at Work and get a Raise

1. Do better job than is expected of you. One and all, the experts agree that this is the prime essential to advancement. In other words, give more and you'll get more.

2. Make sure you do the job your boss wants done. As the personnel manager of one large firm says: "you can do the best job in the world, but if it's not the one your boss wants, he will fine it upsetting."

3. Get along with your fellow workers and others with whom you come in contact. This is very important. Many times people work against themselves in terms of their personality - and, of course, they seldom realize that they're doing it.

4. Be sure your boss knows what you're accomplishing. Often when a fellow isn't appreciated, it's simply a matter of lack of communication.

5. Be able to make decisions. This, according to the president of a job consultant firm, is a must. "you'd be surprised what a rare trait this is," he says. "Most people do just what they're told and pass all the decisions on the next fellow."

6. Look for responsibilities beyond your present assignment. The manager of an executive recruiting firm strongly recommends this to the young person on the way up. "A young tiger in the accounting department might say to their chief, "If you need any help in the credit union plan, just let me know." In from five to seven years, this expert predicts, "she'll be head of the plan."

7. Study at night and keep well-informed. "It's also wise," adds another personnel officer, "to get involved in the community you live in. I don't mean just joining things, but really contributing your talents to the library, the hospital, and any good fund-raising project that comes along."

8.  Look for opportunities to take on responsibilities that go beyond your current job description. Gain more visibility by taking additional training, or signing up for in-house seminars. Make sure your boss knows about these career expanding activities.

Authenticity - Why people arent themselves and what that costs them

Why should you be yourself? The simple answer is 'because everyone else is taken' - it's both the simple answer and an accurate answer. The important question is 'why are we not ourselves?' What is the pay off for not being ourselves? Ahhh, now we're talking.

To begin with, what would cause us to not want to be ourselves? For some of us, we may have been raised in environments where it was dangerous to be who we are. Even as adults we may be working in environments that demand that we be other than who we are in order to ensure job security. So we conclude, I have to be other than I am to get what I want i.e. love, safety, income etc.

We may have learned to believe 'who I am is not good enough to be loved, guaranteed safety, approved of'. We may have been told 'who you are is not worth treating well'. We may have learned 'who you are is not good enough to meet my standards for 'being good enough'. We may become convinced that we are less than we should be.

When we feel not good enough what happens to our lives? We end up putting things on hold until we feel we 'deserve' by becoming good enough. We spend so much time striving to feel that we're good enough. Have I accomplished enough, am I good looking enough, is my car big/fast/exclusive enough, is my job title high enough, do I have enough awards to be good enough? Exhausting isn't it?

Self worth and authenticity are intrinsically linked. The worth we have in our own eyes, a sense of worth not built on acquisition, job title, appearance, credentials - is the only worth, worth living out of. How many of us realise that we have an intrinsic worth greater than anything on the outside? If we go through life with a sense of being deficient then we are motivated to acquire value - the things that others value in the world then become our aim in life. I may not be good enough in and of myself but look what I've got, becomes our calling card.

Sooner or later, things fall apart, if we're lucky. It can take many forms e.g we can lose everything we spent our whole lives accruing or we meet someone or a situation who places no value on our 'social bling'. We run helter skelter trying to get them to 'see' us as our bling or we go somewhere else. But there's a crack in the tea cup. When it finally breaks open, our break down becomes our breakthrough.

We begin to look for another way. What we've been looking for is a way to feel good about who we are, under all circumstance. We don't always realise it at first since there's much howling in pain and hanging onto fast disappearing 'bling'.

The breakthrough cracks us wide open and everything we've been taught is 'wrong' with us, all the things we've been taught make us 'not good enough' stare us in the face. Excruciating at first but if we stay, refuse to take flight, we can transform. Now begins the re-acquainting ourselves with the 'real' us, all of it.

There are many transformation technologies from journaling, meditation, prayer, walking, body work, sound, vibrational healing. We tend to gravitate towards one that works for us. Soon the pain subsides, loses its edge. We don't feel so raw. Our lives may be in shambles around us but we can stand to be alive and increasingly we can stand to be ourselves. We live in a time of infinite help with wonderful teachers who can assist us in moving out of our debris; emotional, psychological and spiritual.

Not being who we are, may be something we picked up at our beginning but was never a part of our being and we need not continue with it.

November's LiveWell Audio features Sarah Ban Breathnach who guides the listener on a journey to reclaim our authentic selves and the beauty of the life we can create from our 'real' selves.

Encouragement--Everyone Needs It

Everyone needs encouragement. So many people in this world feel discouraged, pressed in, cornered, unworthy, unlovable, or completely overwhelmed by the circumstances of their lives. You can make a difference in one moment if you will honestly and sincerely encourage them.

Let them know that they are capable, that they can do the task before them. Adults, children and senior citizens all need to be encouraged. One way to do this is to talk with them, give them a clear picture of how you see them doing something well. Give them your vision when they don't have their own. Be gentle.

Encourage one moment and empathize the next. Let them talk about their dreams and how they used to be or in moments when they felt strong. Sometimes it is necessary to be firm or decisive about the positive picture that you hold of them. Don't waver in your thoughts, be sure that they will be able to do what they want and do it well. Encourage them to do it one step at a time. Praise these little accomplishments.

Encourage them to something a little more challenging. Keep recalling that vision of strength for them. Encourage the positive in them; don't let them have a self-pity party.
People may not know what they want to do, and it is not your job to tell them what they should do. But you can encourage them towards what they like to do, what makes them joyful, what makes them feel strong and empowered. You can encourage them to make choices that feel better for them.

You can encourage anyone exactly where you are. If you are in school, or if you are working, find the positive right there. Sometimes a smile is all it takes. If they are feeling down, a hug can do wonders to make someone feel worthy or lovable. You can encourage with your words and your thoughts, by listening, by being a sounding board, by leading them with your own actions or way of being.

When you need to be encouraged, come to me, or go to another person who can offer encouragement to you. Don't go to anyone whom you know will condemn your actions or judge you. Go to the people with vision and strength of their own who are making some positive impact.

Every creature on this planet can be and needs to be encouraged at one time or another. Be that person who encourages others. Encourage with kindness, with love, by examples, with praise, with your words. It is as simple as saying " You can do this." To encourage is one of the greatest things that you can do for someone. This doesn't mean that you do their work for them.

For anyone to become everything for which they are capable they have to do it. They have the opportunity to embrace a new choice, a new way of being, and they have to walk through it. You can be with them every step of the way. You can uplift and strengthen by your words of encouragement.
Also remember to encourage yourself. "I know you can do this." "Come on now, you can do this." One step out is all it takes to transform a situation, or yourself.

Step after step consistently will bring you into a new place. Only you or I can take that first step, and the second and the third. Sometimes you are the only person with words of encouragement for someone who is doing something outstanding or great. Great teachers or mentors need encouragement too; they can doubt themselves sometimes. They wonder if they are making the difference, or if they are doing enough. It's not easy being the odd man out or to stand up and have convictions about something when everyone else is going along with the crowd. If you don't have any words to say, a touch on the arm or shoulder, a pat on the back, a smile, or a spontaneous gift can go a long way.
