12 Ways to see how easily you can get Along Well with People

If a man is wise, he discovers that life is a mixture of good days and bad, victory and defeat, give and take. Associating with the right people is vital for helping you succeed and move closer to your goals. With the right influences, comes the right mindset, thinking and behavior which will help you move quicker and more robustly to the things you want. In this article, we talk about the importance of associating with positive and optimistic people and its impact on your success.

1.     Learn that the first one who loses his temper usually is the loser.

2.   Learn that carrying a chip on your shoulder is the easiest way to get into a fight.

3.  Learn that most people are human and that it doesn't do any harm to smile and say “good morning” even if it is raining.

4.  Learn that it doesn't matter so much that gets the credit as long as the business shows a profit.

5. Learn to express sympathy with the youngsters coming into the business, because you remember how panicky you were when you started out.

6.  Learn that no man ever got to first base alone and that it is only through cooperative effort that we move on to better things.

7.  Learn that it doesn't pay to be sensitive soul – which he should let some things go over his head like water off a duck’s head.

8.   Learn that all men have burnt toast for breakfast now and then, and that he shouldn't take the other fellow’s grouch too seriously.

9.  Learn the quickest way to become unpopular is to carry tales and gossip about others.

10.   Learn that most of the other fellows are as ambitious as you are, that they have brains that are as good or better, and that hard work, and not cleverness is the secret of success.

11. Come to realize that the business could run along perfectly without you.

12.  Learn to sympathize with the youngsters coming into the business, because you remember how bewildered you were when you first started out. My favorite phrase for this according to T.harv Eker is “My Master was once a Disaster”.

Entrepreneurs Just Wanna Have Fun

http://www.flickr.com/photos/38307206@N02/3941048713

Entrepreneurs enjoy what they do, because primarily most of them do not enjoy being told what to do and where and when to do it. If you are working in someone else’s organization definitely you will come across those disadvantages. If you are an employee who are constantly puzzled and often irritated by the decisions their bosses impose on them. So you, yourself is the only person to blame if your job is boring, repetitive, or takes up time that should perhaps be spent with family and friends. Entrepreneurs most of the time has the ability “to do things my way”.

Most employees, having the thought of being financially free, started their own business. But there is a high failure rate for new businesses owners, when they might be more successful and more contented in some other line of endeavor, they believe to be right for the time, however, some people are seduced by the glamour of starting up their own.

Managing your own firm allows you to do things in a way that you think the market, and your employees. Until, of course, you become big and successful yourself. Aside from winning the lottery, starting to be an entrepreneur is the only way to achieve full financial independence. But true to the fact that most people who work for themselves do not become ultra rich. But many do and many more become far wealthier than they would probably have become working for someone else. Apart from this, this is not to say it is not without risk.

Running your own business means taking more risks than you do if you’re working for someone else. If the business fails, you could stand to lose far more than your job. You can also make money working at your own pace when you want to and even help out your family to make some money too. Or if your business fails, you would also be responsible for all the debt incurred. This could mean having to sell up your home and other assets to meet your obligations. In this situation, not only will all your hard work have been to no avail, you could end up poorer than when you started. Also winding up a business is far from fun or personally rewarding. The reality is that running your own business is pure hard work at first, that’s where the enjoyment starts. You have to win the money game. Take this as a challenge because those facts will help you keep your motivation in order to have a great chance of success.

Investing in the Stock Market is Easy

When we say the word "stock market". people would say "Nakakatakot mag-invest dyan, masyadong risky." or "wala kang panalo sa stocks, pangmayaman lang yan." But that didn't stop me and my husband to invest. But if you're planning to experiment in the stock market then you should be knowledgeable and get a broad stock market trading seminar. Education is very important when you want to invest in the stocks.

Most people panic when prices drop and sell everything. In the event that they owned the company’s stock, these individuals made the correct decision. Nevertheless, not all stocks drop due to company monetary difficulties. Some simply succumb to the general downturn of the market. These companies still make a profit, haven't any financial problems and at that moment, are great buys. That's as a result of the price falsely dropped resulting from market emotions.

In order for you to be knowledgeable in the stocks, your main goal is to attend first a seminar that will teach you how to invest. Citiseconline.com is providing that seminar for free. But if you want to know a more extensive way of trading, Citiseconline.com are also providing a fee of P500. Below are the following schedules for this coming month. Or visit https://www.citiseconline.com/final2/b_home_new/home.asp

Furthermore,  it's easy to fill your head along with knowledge at the same time as still being be left asking yourself how to make deals and enhancement if the training course isn't balanced which has a practical component that explains exactly what you must do and how to get it done. The important thing is, you should start learning. And if you are still scared to death. Try Citisecoline EIP (Easy Investment Program). With a minimum investment of P5,000. I know a person who also invested in the stocks at a minimum of P2,000 per month.  It's a huge self-confidence builder to have someone of information and experience teach you the way they deal with genuine examples and to become conscious that it's not difficult once you know how.

At the end of the day, after the citiseconline seminar, you should learn the speculative principles which are effortlessly done on the net; but you should also learn the easy steps for success coming from a stock market passive trading seminar that shows strategies and also plans that work well from experience and not just idea. It's rather similar to being trained how you can fish instead of hearing the fisherman's tale.

What will you leave behind before you die? Try the "if i die" app from facebook

There is a new application for the social media site called If I Die which gives people a chance to write their final status update in advance. This new facebook app really is weird. But let's see why thousands of people are using  this app?

HOW TO USE IT
After installing the free app, a person chooses three Facebook friends to be "trustees" whose job is to verify your eventual death. Once those people are picked, the user can then record videos or craft any number of status updates that will be published posthumously, such as "Why didn't I spend more time doing the mambo," "The pizza's better in heaven" or "Can somebody tape 'The Bachelor' for me?"

1. Install the free app, here

2. choose your 3 Facebook friends that will be your "trustees" (their job is to verify your eventual death--wag naman sana)

3. If you already chose your 3 friends, you can then record your videos, habilin, or status that you want them to post. examples are "I should have focused more on my Zumba trainings", "Can you update my status to "millionaire in heaven" or "Is everybody happy? I want everybody to be happy. I know I'm happy."
WHY IS THIS WEIRD FACEBOOK APP CREATED IN THE FIRST PLACE?
According to http://www.aol.com/ .The idea for the after-death app came after the friends of company CEO Eran Alfonta nearly died in a car accident. They stopped aside and drank water and relaxed and started speaking between themselves: 'Oh my god, what would happen to the kids if something happened to me?'"

Lastly, its only goal is to provide people with peace of mind. it encourages people to bid their final farewell, their long held secret, and their last loving words to their loved one. Try it!

8 Ways to encourage Young people to Save

1.        If you feel that the weekly allowance your parents are giving you does not seem to be enough, then nobody has to tell you about inflation. You’re actually experiencing it. You know the problem of stretching each peso as possible

 2. When you spend more that you earn, or receive, you help contribute to inflation. When you buy more food than you eat, you help raise prices. So one way students can help beat inflation is by spending less and saving or investing more.

 3.  Saving begins with wise spending. Nobody can tell you how to use our money wisely, whether it’s a quarter or a hundred pesos. What might be wise for one person might be unwise for another. But there are certain rules which can help you get the most for your money.

4. One such rule is to practice comparison buying. If you’re going shopping for something, don’t just walk into a store and buy what you want at whatever price they’re asking for it. Check out the same item in another store and see which the better way is.

5.  You must likewise avoid “impulse buying”, walking into the store and plunking your money down on the spur of the moment. Decide what you want first. Plan what to buy, and buy only what you really need. Make sure the quality meets your needs. Be selective. After all, it’s your money.

6. Learning how to understand newspaper, magazine, TV and radio advertisements can also save your money. Items “On Sale” may not always be good buys.

7.  Stores use the word SALE a lot now because of inflation. They feel it attracts customers. A Sale item may be worth the price it’s selling at, but it may never have been worth the price the stores say it used to sell for.

8. Finally, you should take advantage of consumer education courses now being offered or to be offered in some of our schools. Such courses teach you how to spend your money wisely. They teach about proper use of credit card and how to make you’re really getting what you pay for. There are also magazines which give consumers comparative buying and testing information.

How can a young people, burdened with such demands, save anything?

First, he must discover where his money is going. To do this, he must keep a record.  In the beginning, the record must be itemized to the last centavo. Yes, it’s boring. But after two months of writing down everything in the notebook, he’ll have a clear picture of where his coins are dropping. He will have a habit…a habit to become rich.

Remember, money – even in small amounts, gives freedom to do something on your own. It is your tiny edge against poverty; the edge that can grow in strength and sharpness to an instrument for carving out a solid financial future.

“Annebisyosa” Nothing is Impossible for Anne Curtis

SOURCE: abs-cbnNEWS.com
Actress Anne Curtis can't believe her first major solo concert is really happening in less than two weeks.
In her official Twitter account, Curtis said the thought that she is actually holding a concert is just finally sinking in.

“Im actually having a concert at the Smart Araneta! Who would have thought?! Kaya ko ba to? #AnnebisyosaWORLDTOUR,” she said.

“10 days to go till my concert! OMG. This is really really happening! #ANNEBISOYSAWorldTour There's no backing out now,” she added.

Curtis started rehearsing for her concert since late December.
Titled "No Other Concert," Curtis will take on the Big Dome on January 28.

PERO KAY ANNE CURTIS...NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

Everybody has a dream, even me, I've always wanted to be a super model when I was a kid. It seems that Ms. Anne Curtis is really UNSTOPPABLE, which makes me more proud of her. All of us, at some point in our lives, have had dreams of being somebody special, someone who achieved great things. We all had dreams of being rich and famous, successful and happy.

Unfortunately only very few amongst us have made those dreams come true. Most of the time our dreams have remained just that – dreams. But for Anne Curtis, nothing is impossible!

In stead of going through the excitement of achieving what we dreamt about we relapse into our day to day life and in stead of really living a full life we choose to be non existent and we prefer to live a life of survival.

Life can be so much more, though, if only we would be prepared to go for a little more. However most of us prefer to think: I’ll never be able to do that. It’s too difficult. It’s impossible, because………. And we have a list of reasons for it.
If you feel a deep passion for something and you create focus, commitment and perseverance, anything can be accomplished and your so called “impossible” dream can become very real indeed.

The Constant Rise of Gas Prices

Anyone with a car is concerned about gas prices. There are a few factors affecting fuel prices.

If you own a vehicle, you could think about the price of gas. You know that it varies, occasionally according to the season or to supply and demand and occasionally seemingly with no logic at all. expenses also vary according to the filling station, the locale and state and nation you are in.

Why does the price of fueling your vehicle change so much?

Here's a Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update (source: http://www.eia.gov)

The components for the gasoline and diesel fuel pumps are calculated in the following manner in cents per gallon and then converted into a percentage:

Crude Oil - the monthly average of the composite refiner acquisition cost, which is the average price of crude oil purchased by refiners.
Refining Costs + Profits - the difference between the monthly average of the spot price of gasoline or diesel fuel (used as a proxy for the value of gasoline or diesel fuel as it exits the refinery) and the average price of crude oil purchased by refiners (the crude oil component).
Distribution + Marketing Costs + Profits - the difference between the average retail price of gasoline or diesel fuel as computed from EIA's weekly survey and the sum of the other 3 components.
Taxes - a monthly national average of federal and state taxes applied to gasoline or diesel fuel.
Big catastrophes, like the typhoon Sendong, change fuel making and eventually
affect the fee of gas. Catastrophes do not have to be on such a huge scale to cause a change. A typhoon or storm that slows down deliveries can cause a city expense rise.

Some factors that affect the expense of gas are historical concerns that keep companies from drilling in some places, political tactics, varies in the price of distribution and tax increases directly on oil making and refining companies.

Many of these things fluctuate often and in turnFree Reprint Articles, vary gas prices to fluctuate.

How To Help You Plan the Ultimate Goal this 2012

Thinking positively in everyday life will also help in your growth as a human being. Don’t limit it to goal setting. Here are some of the things you need to think of. Hope this helps.

1. Increase in income.
It’s not the number that’s important, but that you create a plan to attain it.

2. Different job or profession.
"Our real problem is not our strength today; it is rather the vital necessity of action today to ensure our strength tomorrow." - Calvin Coolidge
If a career seeker is one of a growing number of workers who are seeking more meaning in their work, and would rather get paid less if it means he or she can make a greater impact on their community or the environment, they may struggle to see the justification in pursuing higher income. It may seem shallow to put emphasis on accumulating wealth. The more money an individual can earn, the more impact they'll be able to have -- now, and later in life.

3. Additional Schooling.
Continuing education includes formal and informal training. Workers may earn college degrees through formal programs, concentrate on professional development courses aimed at personal enrichment in informal surroundings, or participate in programs that include both formal and informal elements. Generally, continuing education refers to classes and seminars that focus on job-related skills and knowledge.

4. a new house, car or gadget.
Work for what you want, not for what you want to leave behind. Part of the reason why we write down and examine our goals is to create a set of instructions for our subconscious mind to carry out. Your subconscious mind is a very efficient tool, it cannot determine right from wrong and it does not judge. It’s only function is to carry out its instructions. The more positive instructions you give it, the more positive results you will get.

5. An overseas trip
Travel can be a time and resource intensive activity. There are many things that can go wrong, and often do, but careful planning, prioritizing and goal setting can reduce the number and severity of most problems that may creep into your travel experiences. Learning how to set and prioritize your travel goals will take you a long way towards creating travel plans that will fit into your life and are more likely to bring you wonderful memories.

6. Additional funds for future schooling of children
I believe the goal is the same as it's always been -- it's never changed, it never will -- and it's simple: to prepare a child to move from childhood to adulthood. That's it. Prepare my child for adulthood. Period.

7. New friends.
When you have the attitude of liking someone you have just met, they will feel pleased to know you and will want to know you better. They will probably sense that you like them, and they will be more inclined to judge you in a kind and positive way.
If you like most of the people you encounter, you will have a far larger group of people in your friendship pool. When you genuinely like other people, they will be much more inclined to like you back.

8. A wife or husband
Getting married is such a magical feeling. It's overwhelming with love and joy. You feel so sanctified because you have finally found the person that you want to be with for the rest of your life.

9. Acquire social status in the community
The decision to immigrate to another country is a courageous act which involves parting everything that you know and everything that makes up who you are. It usually means starting over, making changes and finding a new job or career.

10. Overcome an illness.
The quality and the length of your life is vastly influenced by how you live. If you stuff your face with junk food at every meal, you will probably live a shortened, lower quality life. Lots of doctor visits, medications and problems. Conversely, if you live like a health nut, you will probably live a high quality life with lots of energy and optimism.

11. Acquire leadership position in the community.
I believe being a leader is about your experiences and all the trials and tribulations that you have to go through to become a leader. Everything that happens to you in you business, whether it’s good or bad, gives you experience. How you process those experiences will either make you a follower or a leader.

12. Develop and exploit specific creative talents; art, music, literary abilities, etc.
When you get towards the end of your life, it is important to be able to look back and know you did everything you wanted to do and you have no regrets. Success in life can be measured in any way, not necessarily just the amount of money you have made. However, if you can live your passion, and work towards something you are extremely passionate about, it is most likely that you will make money (despite yourself!).
